Balyasny Asset Management chose Capita Green, a 40 storey Grade A office tower located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD, as their new Singapore location.
The design brief for the high-end wealth management company’s first Singapore office was to create an environment that reflected the company’s global brand guidelines and amplified the wealth of their clients, through the use of high-end finishes, details and fixtures.
Such a prestigious fit-out demanded the highest specification in terms of glass partitioning solutions. Optima’s high performing Optima Revolution 100 double glazed system with switchable glass was selected to create client meeting rooms, along with Optima Asia Affinity double glazed doors, which offer market-leading acoustic performance.
The end result was a unique and inspirational working environment which exudes quality.
